Hi,

I was running Panther Pro (installed using TC) on 10.2.6 prior to today.
I performed a reinstall after a HD upgrade and attempted to re-install Panther Pro, this time using Duality GT 4.01 and it told me that PPro was not compatable with my OS version.

The Panther theme does, however, install fine.

I ran Duality in safe theme mode.

Is there something I'm doing incorrectly or is Panther Pro not actually compatable with 10.2.6 or is Duality "playing it safe"?

TIA

what it is you are doing wrong is using duality...dump it!

it doesn't install themes with the extra layos properly...which most themes have been updated to...

Duality Gt worked fine with the Panther version just not Panther Pro.

I was wondering why and if there might be something I'm doing or not doing that effects the theme.

Honestly I haven't tested installing this theme with anything other than Themechanger. Quandarry mentioned that Duality has problems with the menu dividers so I specified Themechanger as the preferred app to use with my Panther themes. I suggest using Themechanger and will probably remove the reference to Duality from the Read Me files in any future versions.
