Theme with transparent inactive finder window title bar?

Aqua has this, and I like it, but Aqua's too bright for me.

What other theme does this? I was using brushed, but everything's too opaque, and pulldown menus are that awful gray.

I'm using aquaextreme by max.. I miss the transparency too
