Does anyone know where to find the "DXB" iconsets?

I just installed Butt O'Sighs latest"DXB" theme which came with CandyBar icons but there were no HD icons and such.

I had seen these icons around the usual places several months ago but cannot find them now.

He also made icons called "Manhole" to match Tequa.
