Im looking to get the Debugger turned on and the Cascading Windows turned off.

You can turn on the debug menu with TinkerTool. I don't know if FullScreenSafari works in 10.3

I can confirm that the Full Screen Safari APE works in Panther.

How did you get it to work? Mine isnt working.
