Menu Enhancer (dxb) trash can stuck

	I installed the Menu Enhancer (dxb) for Mac OS X 10.3.x (which was very nice), but wanted to revert back to the default Panther theme. I did this by using Max's Aqua restore for Panther. It worked great, except the trash can seems to be stuck as the DXB tash can. If I log out and back in or restart, it is the Panther trash can; however the moment I put something in the trash, it changes to the DXB trash can and doesn't change back... Anyone know how I might track down this DXB trashcan and get rid of it?
