Would be similar to 10.3 aqua but with BeOS style tabbed windows where the front window is highlighted in a color and with "flat" OS 9ish scroll bars. I find the aqua scrollbars obnoxiously ugly. Also I'd like scrollbars that highlight as I drag them.

Does Shapeshifter actually allow for new behavior and window shapes? I don't think I've read a straight answer on this yet.
