The Tuxedo port will be available? I'm rather excited to see what updates you're making to the theme and I think it'll be worth the wait, however, dark theme lovers everywhere would probably love to see some more themes coming out like Tux and Titanium 6.

Leave some dark themes to me in the future. DarkGlass 2.0 in the near future hopefully.

Swiz was saying the TuX update might be done by Xmas. Right Swiz?

Here's a little background info to help explain this situation:
GUiPod is actually the realization of what SS Pearl was SUPPOSED to be. Pearl looks as it does mostly because I didnt spend the time on it I would have liked to and I was a hot head and wanted to get another release out the door.
TuXedo wasnt nearly the rush job but was likewise not realized the way it was intended, this time due mostly to OSX theme limitations.
So as I began the update to Panther for TuXedo, I realized SS allowed me to follow my original TuXedo intention much closer. Actually (little known useless fact) the name TuXedo was an afterthought due to the requirement that a dark theme use pinstripes to allow for semi readable text. So as I got further into the update I realized TuXedo is no longer a fitting name, although the pinstripes are still used albeit much less obrusively now, the feel is much darker, much slicker and far more refined.
Although an SS update is determining the date of release, I can tell you that development on my end is at about 90% complete, then its just testing for the tiny things.
So what are facts about the update?
Its darker
Its got a new name
Its so much cooler
Its my most refined release
It will definitely be out before Xmas

This should be good, I've been waiting for some dark themes to really test out shapeshifter.

One suggestion for ya, make sure you keep the scrollbars useable. I've noticed on themes like GUIpod, when viewed on an iBook screen, the scrollbars dissappear into the wells.

Slightly less than useable.

Keep up the great work man, I look forward to seeing the new version of tux

BBX Omega sounds decent, however I don't take the necessary upgrade as being evidence as to its arrival. The upgrade to the program will come, and the theme will come, i don't know that the two will be necessarily coincidental.

Swiz: I love your description, and look forward to seeing TuXeDo, or whatever the new name of it is. =)
