It seems Skin a dock no longer works...what do you use?

An alpha of Unsanity's DockMod.

Actually, you can try using A-Dock, which is a total dock replacement, but supports skins even better.

Yeah I'm interested in this Dock Mod thing as well. I've been mourning the loss of Skin-a-dock ever since moving on to Panther. The author seems to have disappeared, and Skin-a-dock related sites haven't been updated in many many months. I have given up hope of it ever being updated for panther, so for a while I used A-dock (It uses many of the same skins). It's just not the same, though. It can't magnify, and icons don't bounce. I was hoping dock skinning would be a future feature of Shapeshifter.

Skin-a-dock wasn't magical. if you want the effect back just add a background icon to each of your icons in the dock using "Can Combine Icons" and voila...your dock is skinned. The background icons can be found within each "dock skin".

Sorry, I was joking, but I guess that wasn't very obvious
