so i love the new stuff like expose that was introduced in Panther, but theres one thing thats really niggling me and thats the blue box that appears whenever you select an icon, is there a way to turn it off somehow??

you mean that box that goes around the icon itself or the box that goes around the name of the icon? both are signals that you selected that icon, so i doubt there is a way you could remove it.

I think hes talking about the one around the text. As for the answer, probably not sorry.

And no, there's nothing you can do about it to my knowledge. Maybe Unsanity should look into it

Well, the only reason I thought he meant the thing outlining the text was because he said it was blue. Ive never seen that box blue before.

It's blue if you're using Blue instead of Graphite, I believe.

You're right. Could be that he's using the default blue background, it does appear blue if you're using that (or any other blue background).

Being able to modify those shapes would be a cool addition to themeing. Unsanity should definely check into it!

I can see a torn tape effect used for the text highlights ....
