Next week, for our Insider, MacThemes is preparing an interview with Bruce Horn, a lead designer on the original Finder, discussing his experiences at Xerox PARC, Apple, and beyond. He will also be answering questions on the general direction of the GUI, and is current project, iFile. Dr. Horn pioneered important user interface elements, such as drag and drop, and document type/creator data.


As an experiment, please feel free to contribute thoughtful, relevant questions in the comments area of this news post. The staff will select several of them, and Dr. Horn will answer them in the upcoming interview.

funny..I just finished reading a book about macintosh history
and B.Horn was mentioned quite a lot..
