I was going to make a similar thread, but I thought Max might want to delay posting it for whatever reason.

Using it now, actually.

I love the app skins! Now I can switch to and from Milk without having to manually copy all the images back and forth. Yay!

Great work, Max.

Yep i been using this beauty since this morning EST.

I have a question i have a mod i want to add to the ITunes skin Max did. It is a lcd screen whiteish background. to replace the default one. I think will look better.

However when i try to do the replacing of the images in itunes.rsrc in themepark itunes crashes when i try to open it.

Can someone help me here please.

Great stuff!!

That lack of iCal and Address book buttons like Max's Aluminum Alloy theme seems odd, though

Small bug, if you can call it that even. It's still listed as version 2.1.

I went crazy on Aluminum Alloy and I made appskins for pretty much all apps that are currently offered in ThemePark, but I didn't have the motivation to do the same for Milk. I feel like it could use an other complete revamp to bring up the usability, but I'm not going to do that now anyway..

The reason the updated showed up at MacUpdate before anything else is because I wanted to have a mirror ready, but then when it was mirrored, my site went down.. So it took a while to update it. And I apparently forgot to update the link, but I fixed that now.

And thanks for posting a thread.. I was too lazy to do it myself..!

Cool n' minty update as always, but how about some fresh finder widgets.

Some sexy buttons - No more 'mints gone soft' styley
or maybe just a cooler de-press state ;)

Simple Empire...

i really like this theme and its appskins, but today i installed iTunes 4.5 and it's not getting skinned anymore. is this normal, or is the problem on my side (replacing the iTunes.rsrc file manually just crashes iTunes)?

Max, there is a tiny flaw in Milk . I sent you a mail with a screenshot.
Sometimes using Milk some text entries get hidden or dimmed. Other themes display that fine. Would you please fix it?

The only thing I care to change in Milk is to switch back to the rotating bar instead of the "milk-dripping" animation. Which means, that Milk for me is near perfect. What more can I say than that? Great.

I am just going to post a note about Max's theory that SS was caching and therefore wasn't skinning iTunes properly. I believe why I have had no problems whatsoever is that before I updated iTunes, I reverted back to aqua before and only reapplied the theme after restart.
May be a good sign.

my problem was, that my iTunes.app wasn't in the "Applications" folder, but in a sub-folder. if you use guiKitty to unpack the guikit, you see that SS will look for iTunes.rsrc at
"/Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/Resources/iTunes.rsrc" . Because my iTunes wasn't there, it didn't get skinned.
