Could someone help me figure out how to do this on a mac or do i need a PC to do it?

TIA

I would prefer to do this under OSX, since a PC is hard to come by.

I use Icon Sushi on Virtual PC to extract icos from an icl. There are many other PC programs that are available to do the same thing but Icon Suschi <http://towofu.s5.xrea.com/soft/e-index.html> is free.
