I'm creating a theme in themepark however this is the first time i've used photoshop and theres quite a few things that I struggling with most of which I manage to work out eventually but the one thing I can't work out is how to add a bevel(I think its called a bevel) to an image to make it look 3D for example like in the menu bar on most themes especially in patcarla's Xi-MX7. At the min thats the only thing slowing me down.

Also does anyone know if there are any sites out there that give tutorials for photoshop.
