Yeah. I really hope Joe950 finds the time to finish those - especially the Shire one. Last thing I heard the GuiStain team (of which I think JOE950 is one) was working on getting them done, but their site has never really been up, and seems to have disappeared altogether now.
I hope all is okay.
If they never see the light of day, perhaps DragonTongue will make something suitable. He is making guikits now, and his K2 schemes were always beautiful, top quality, organic, richly textured affairs. Seems to be getting on pretty well with the new stuff, so maybe he'll be our saviour.
