blue glow around theme text?

In ThemePark, where can I find the blue glow that appears around the Text box (as seen in the theme preview)?
I have found the 'clock' glow... but that's not the one I'm after.

The glow is only editable for some boxes, and even for the boxes that you edit sometimes they're ignored. For consistency's sake it's probably best to leave it blue (for example, I've seen a iTunes get info window have text boxes with multiple highlight colors in the same tab pane... fun stuff!)
