Widgets can be made much wider than normal, while still functioning correctly.
In fact, within reason, they can be moved about on the title bar. (in order)
However, this only works in Carbon apps.

In Cocoa and Metal windows they can be wider but they start to overlap.
(with the minimise widget sitting in front of the others)

While not overly useful, It may work for some unusual future themes.

I'm thinking... that with the widgets placed offset on wide transparent images... it could be possible to even change the order of the widgets, though it would be real tricky, and as yet I can't see how to make them appear the same in all windows... but i'm workin on it =)

If Cocoa and Carbon apps treated the spacing between the x-+ widgets the same, it would be fine and dandy. The problem with reordering them is that in order to do so, you'd have to push them waaaay over to the right.

All I did was copy the image into PhotoShop, multiply its width by about 300%, then paste it back in.
My initial aim was to see if a Theme could cope with having its widgets replaced with words a bit like this:

could be possible.
