Something that would be nice to have is the option to be able to tile or stretch background images in windows.
in fact... it would be nice to have Apple put this in osX .

Explain? I'm not a theme designer and I can't have babies. And I've always liked the idea of theme designers recommending stuff for theming applications.

Totally! I have to tile my tiles in Photoshop. Which is Ridiculous!.. and I will now retire to the nerdery for nerd activities.

This is something I thought Apple would have fixed by now.. It would be cool if the folder backgrounds could have just as many setting as a desktop background. Like stretch to fit, tile, center etc. In Tiger perhaps?

The trend seems to be the reverse, for Apple to remove theming flexibility and hard-code retarded things. Don't bet on it.
