Um, well it's a nice photo, but imo, maybe you should post this in the lounge? Or a gallery like Spymac? I personally don't think the GUI customization forum is a great place to announce photos.

I've got a great photo coming that you'll all want to use for your desktop (or maybe you already do...?)

This doesn't deserve an announcement. Make it a desktop and offer it up in the desktops thread.
Secondly, it's very scenic but not a great photo. The waterfall is too obscured in the foreground by the branches and you get no idea of the size of the waterfall.

This is a computer-generated message and needs no signature.

If someone wants to host these full size (1600x1200), please tell me and I'll email them...

They don't seem too great to me because I look outside and see that scenery every day, but I've had other people tell me they're really great...

Once again, a site with limitations. I don't want to include a screenshot and whatnot, I just want to upload a f*cking image at full res and quality that is hotlinkable. Is that really too much to ask these days?

Whatever, if you copy and paste these URLs, you'll get the pics I posted earlier. Although only the first few people are bound to get copies until it starts sending the exceeded bandwidth message. Oh well... LIke I said before, if anyone gets a copy and has some nice hosting space, it'd be great if they'd host...

I wasn't directing the anger at you, it's just that I've been looking for a decent image host for a while with no luck. Your recent pics are very nice, but why are they so pixelated?

Makki, I think the best place for you to show your pictures is the screenshot thread. But if you notice, the only two threads devoted to a wallpaper in the forums right now are by you. I just think that while desktops are definitely GUI customization, having announcement threads dedicated to each release would quickly swamp the forums...

Maybe someone here should start a photography thread?

No, I don't. Machetes? Fire? His sister? BTW this place isn't IM or the lounge, we should shut up.
