I am a beginner theme creator and I love how some themes have divided menus (titanium 7.4, latium 2, etc.) I have been trying to figure out how to do this for quite some time now and I can't find any tutorials that mention divided menus like this. Every time I try something that I think will work all I get is either completely transparent menus or menus not lined up properly with the transparent part. If you have any suggestions please let me know either here in the message board or e-mail me at macman4000@yahoo.com . Thanks in advance.

Ahh... =)
ok,
first you need to turn menu options on.
(second panel.. options button)

then make the menu background transparent (paste in transparent image)
then create your Aqua menu items (caps, and fills)
the caps are as follows:
1 active L
2 active R
3 mouse over L
4 mouse over R
5 inactive L
6 inactive R

the fills are:
1 active
2 mouse over
3 inactive

My advice would be to apply a theme such as Latium and work over the menu extras they'd used because the default ones in themepark (all them rainbow colours) are overwealming at first. I did this recently for Ashen, and it worked out well so good luck!
