I don't know about you guys, but I hate the new Photoshop CS icon. The ImageReady icon is horrible too but i never use it so i dont care about that. Anyway, I am looking for a replacement. If anyone knows of a good replacement icon please post a link or E-Mail it to me (kmurphy@murphyscamera.com) and i'll host it and post a link

It's not a terrible icon but I just don’t like icons that are inside of squares or circles. I like icons that have some shape to them: Appleworks, iTunes, Mail, ThemePark, Transmit, etc. not just squares like Adobe Creative Suite or circles like Macromedia Studio MX 2004. Those icons suck.

My problem with the icon is that I have year of Photoshop-eyeball association built up in my head, and a feather can't just waltz in there and change that. So right now I'm using the Photoshop 7 icon for CS .

Seriously though, pre-CS icons actually had some connection to the name and purpose of the program. These new ones seem random and amateur. I guess they're just not my cup of tea
DigitalRamen sucks.

Check out the link I put. Not my page or anything, just the best PS icon I've seen as I also can do without the feather.

Check out this page on my website. I have been looking for a different icon in a few different forums and I just decided to post links to all of them I have found and one that I made/butchered from the original photoshop icon.
