Well, the topic's pretty self-explanitory, but Shapeshifter has decided not to skin Finder (Safari and iTunes are also getting the bird). I've done the isync exclude, I've switched back to aqua and reapplied, I've restored, restarted, logged in and out, pretty much run the gammut. Anyone know what's going on here?

So everything else is being skinned?
Just to clarify, we are talking about a registered copy yes?

Yah, registered copy. All my other programs are getting skinned, but the list right now stands at Finder, Safari, and iTunes
Edit: add Mail to the list of the damned

I'm no expert on this, but I'd try deleting the prefs file and restarting.
It should be at:

Home/Library/Preferences/com.unsanity.shapeshifter.plist

Throw it in the trash and log out and in again, or what the hell - reboot for luck.
You'll have to enter your registration details again, but it may work.

Or even delete the Shapeshifter cache, logout/login again, reapply theme and see if that helps.

Ok, Deleting the prefs did the trick - now everything's looking good. Thanks guys!

For future reference though, where is the Shapeshifter cache stored?
