You've got to do this with Themepark.

And bytheway, ask someone who knows Italian AND English to translate it for you.

No, come dice Mrjinglesusa non è facile.
Devi avere una discreta conoscenza di un editor di immagini (Photoshop) e cominciare a giocare con Themepark, partendo da qualche tema già fatto e provando a cambiare man mano l'aspetto.
Il grosso casino è che la documentazione è tutta in inglese, quindi se hai problemi con l'inglese devi contare solo sul tuo intuito.
Ultimo scoglio, per installare ed usare in maniera sicura i temi devi anche scaricarti e acquistare shapeshifter.
Come avrai notato coloro che costruiscono temi non sono molti.
