Dude, developers who have had tiger for a long time have the icon and i really dont believe that Apple is really going to be worried about someone using the new iChat icon for the current iChat build. Geez, whats the big deal? Sorry though I guess. Later.

That's from every page and email you get. People are not going to endanger their ADC account (especially when they or their company is probably paying £300 minimum) just because someone can't wait five months (max) for an icon.
