C: The hex addresses may well have changed in newer versions of iTunes (in fact, they almost certainly have).

If by 'the right address' you mean the addresses in the link don't work anymore, then no, I'm afraid I can't help. The addresses I used were for iTunes 4.6 and I got them from http://www.snakes-tutorials.de.vu/
