Assuming you have used Silk to set Handelmod for the menu's and stuff, I believe the Safari prefs (2nd tab) let you define a default font for page content.
ShapeShifter sometimes overrides the colors too. I'm typing this in a light grey instead of black.
I wish there were a way to exclude the pages displayed in a web browser from font substitution (Silk) and color changes (ShapeShifter) without excluding the entire app. I still want menus, etc. themed.
