Hi,
I want to change BluePhoneElite's menubar icon.
Is that possible?

Try Ctrl-Click on the app to Open Contents. Browse the Resources in there, chances are you'll find a .png or .tiff that you can replace. I could be wrong though, since I don't know BluePhoneElite…
