Hey,

I've been trying for about 3-4 months to purchase ShapeShifter from the unsanity.com site. I always get the same error:

Sorry, an error has occurred while processing your order: (The following errors have occurred. (21) An error occurred during processing. Please try again.

I've emailed store@unsanity.com time and time again but they don't even reply to me saying that they received it.

I'm juuust about to give up for good but thought I'd post in some forums and see if I could get anyone's attention from unsanity. Wtf is going on? Sell me your product!

Ok I just tried again and it gives a different error:

"This transaction has been declined. (2:2)"

That the heck!

Not sure of the 1st error as I was able to purchase SS a few months ago. The second error about the transaction being declined is usually a good sign that the CC you may have been using was declined by the bank.
