I have tried Kamino V2, SmoothStripes, Aqua Extreme, and Aluminum Allow (all the Tiger certified themes) using Shapeshifter v2.1 and they all apply fine. They do not theme the menu when the Finder is active. When Safari or any other program is active, the menu look as they should (e.g. themed). It's when I click back into the Finder that I see my menu revert to the default menu (I think it'd default). I reloaded Tiger too for other reasons and it still does this. Any ideas?

Have you tried restarting Finder after you have applied the theme? This usualy works for me, not sure if you've already tried this already.

Quick questions
• Do you have "reload Finder and Dock" ticked in ShapeShifter?
• Have you tried logging in and out?

Yes to both of them. I have restarted and those items are selected in SS.

Now, without me doing anything, my menubar is perfect regarless of being in the Finder or an app. I restarted before and problem lingered, but it is now gone and I don't have a reason. I was staring at it and trying things to no avail, this is odd but I'm happy. I'll keep my eyes on it to see if it returns...
