Hi all.

I think I've finally perfected my custom icon set, so I thought I'd share it with all of you. Please let me know what you think!

I decided to create these icons, first to match excellent ShapeShifter themes like Soft Aqua and SmoothStripes, and second out of frustration with overly complex and "busy" icon sets elsewhere on the Internet. Above all, I wanted something simple; something that looks like it could've (or should've) been created by Apple. Somewhere along the way I discovered that the perfect toolbar icons were those of Apple's own iLife applications. These icons are carried forward into their respective folder icons, and I think it works very well. I also realized that a simple grey Apple logo would work best for the computer icon since, having an iBook, I was never satisfied with the iBook computer icons online.

It would not be fair to give you these icons without mentioning my inspiration, including Dave Brasgalla's World of Aqua icon sets, Trevor Rowe's Soft Aqua ShapeShifter theme, Max Rudberg's Milk and SmoothStripes themes, and everyone who has contributed a full system replacement icon set at The Icon Factory and Interfacelift.

Download here.

Enjoy!

I'd love to see volumes in addition to the folders.

The library folder is my favourite.
