How to add a folder to Finder's "Go" menu?

I'd like to add my Documents folder to the "go" menu in the Finder. Does anyone know a way to do this? I can't figure out how. NOTE - I'm not a Unix guy. Thanks!

Yeah, that's the fall back position, but my preferred solution is to put it in the Go menu

Haven't tried what you want but FruitMenu lets you configure menus. Might be able to do it.
