Hello, I recently bought shapeshifter. How can I use shapeshifter to change my icons? Do most sets some with a for-shapeshifter package? or are the packages to be manually installed?

Please don't say "use candy bar" because i don't think i can buy it right now... as i have spent a lot on mac programs already :/

I think you can use system icontainers in Shapeshifter, but as for application icontainers, I could only get those to work in Candybar. Look on iconfactory.com for the sets. Look for an icon like this:
