ShapeShifter chashes on me

I had to ReIstall Jaguar and so when I try to use any theme, system preferences or ShapeShifter quits on me. Why is that? Please help.

I am running ShapeShifter 2.1 as I had before my "re-installment" of Jaguar. So there should be no problem, you know what I mean ?
About the end of apply theme mod, ShapeShifter will quit / clash on me.
Maybe you or Smeger might know the anwser ?

What now? Does it chash or clash or just crash?
Did you repair your permissions after your "re-installation" (<- clean, archive, or just over the "old" sytem?)?

Try deleting the following: - <your home directory>/Library/Preferences/com.unsanity.shapeshifter.plist
- <your home directory>/Library/Preferences/com.unsanity.shapeshifter.prefpane.plist
- <your home directory>/Library/Caches/ShapeShifter
ShapeShifter isn't designed to be used when the operating system version has gone backwards, so cleaning out its prefs and caches is probably all that's necessary to fix things. If not, send the System Preferences crash log to Unsanity tech suppport.

lol I just erased the whole thing and re-installed Jaguar and I meant was "crashed".

Smeger and people,
I am home and I have done what you suggested and nothing, the same ol' problem. I have trashed ShapeShifter 2.1 because it won't work anymore AFTER my fresh clean re- installment of Jaguar.
I will just use IZA's Shinobi package installment file. I really want to skin itunes too 
And Some dude from Unsanity was not helpful.
Oh well.
