Extract Extras.rsrc from Shapeshifter?

Can anyone post a guide for taking a full Extras.rsrc after using Shapeshifter?

i usually find them in
user/library/caches/shapeshifter/mods/
navigate to this folder and you will be presented with a number of folders with strange numerical names all containing the various parts of the gui that have been modded including the extras.rsrc if that was changed with shapeshifter.
Some people wear their heart up on their sleeve.
I wear mine underneath my right pant leg,
