Are your menu extras disappearing? Do you feel alone at night?

Is anyone noticing that if they have the bluetooth menu item enabled and they log out and back into OS X, it is gone? And then if they apply a theme or something, all the menu extras but the BT menu extra disappears?
If so, please try http://www.unsanity.org/rosyna/btunblocker.zip
Unzip it an place the ENTIRE folder in ~/Library/InputManagers/ If you have MEE installed in /Library/InputManagers/ remove it first.
Yes, put the PARENT folder inside the InputManagers folder. Not just the two items inside it.
It doesn't matter if you use third party menu extras or not. This bug still occurs.

I should probably mention that MEE is "Menu Extra Enabler".
For what it's worth, I've been bitten by this a few times, but it's been pretty rare and it's mostly been while I've been hacking around with my menu extras.

May I ask how things are improving on the Shapeshifter front? You mentioned the issues with Tiger and the redrawing/drawing issues that are causing a slowdown....anything coming up soon?

It's already come - fixed in ShapeShifter 2.1.2, released at the beginning of this week.

Ah! This has not been mentioned in the release notes, or I must have been missing this. Great.
Was that a "behind the scene" fix?
Anyway, thank you for constantly providing my Mac with a better and friendlier GUI. Your work is always very much appreciated around here! Big hug from my flat sharing friend, she switched recently and found SS a must-have piece of software. A new happy customer....
Keep it up!

It's in the release notes as "Resolved an issue that could cause window dragging of Cocoa windows to lag."
Big hug right back at your new flatmate!

Hmmmm, I've tried all of the above fixes....... none have worked. I have no Menu Extras at all showing up, not even Spotlight.
Disabling SS brings the Menu Extras back. I would rather not have to put Spotlight on the SS exclude list.......
