is there any way I can drag around the dock freely. I do not want to use another dock program. xD

Help appreciated

You mean place it in arbitrary positions on the screen as if it were a detachable toolbar? No, not without some kind of hack. I am not sure if anything is out there that will do that. You can stick it to the sides of the screen though, in preferences.
