I added a few new icontainer files to Shapeshifter, but most of them don't appear in the list. Any reason why Shapeshifter doesn't "see" them?
They should be all system replacement icons. I checked a few things, deleted preference files. I'm out of ideas.

Be sure not to confuse Pixadex iContainers and CandyBar iContainers. Sometimes they have the same icon, thus the confusion, but Pixadex iContainers don't load into ShapeShifter...

Thanks for the info. Any way to convert Pixadex icontainer into CandyBar?

You need to have both Pixadex and CandyBar apps : open an iContainer in Pixadex and then drap 'n drop the icons into CandyBar in the appropriate places to build your CandyBar iContainer. Then save the iContainer and load into ShapeShifter if desired....
