first off welcome!
We need new faces [even if you've been lurking for years]
I came across this a little late but may I recommend the Developer's Section? We here, GUI Customization, know the location of our icons by putting them where we want them. How the OS calculates the release of our mouse finger is all smoke, mirrors and something buried in 100,000,000,000 lines of code.
