George W. Bush is not a Mac user! In fact, he is a friend of Michael Dell (unofficial third in the Satanic duo of Microsoft and Intel), and he uses Dells! The famous photo where he posed in front of a Mac, obviously for propaganda purposes, was faked - the Mac belonged to one of his staffers.

Moki, if you weren't ready to call for Bush's impeachment already because of the lack of WMDs found in Iraq, I'm sure that this would push you over the edge!

Reminds me of CNN's planting of the "Mac-or-PC question" at the recent Democratic candidate debate to make it appear that an actual audience member wanted to know which platform the candidates used.

Sounded like someone wanted to recreate the famous "boxers or briefs" moment from Clinton's MTV appearance way back when. "Mac or PC" just doesn't have the same zing though.
Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them.

Asking lame questions that have nothing to do with how the candidate would run his presidency is bad enough, and detracts from the time available for real, necessary issues is bad enough, but to have the question "planted" is worse.

Just goes to show the general sorry state of mass news media, bias notwithstanding.

That certainly explains a lot!
Why is there always money for war, but none for education?

I don't care either way. President Bush is just one of the 95% of Americans that use Microsoft OS. I wouldn't choose it as my personal OS (I've had a Mac for since 1984) but a lot of computers here at my work are Dells and HPs. I can live with them and the people that use them. I'd be surprised if 95% of the presidential cadidates didn't use a Windows PC. I wouldn't hold that against them, I've noticed that in very many cases people get a PC because they haven't tried a Mac or are forced to use a PC. I used to think Pres. Bush had a Mac (because of a the photo linked above) but I can't say I feel any differently about him now that I know he prefers a Dell. Macs are officially sanctioned as 'authorized' computers to use and that is not a bad sign of tolerance by the Bush administration towards alterantive computer platforms. Here in the state we can use Macintosh if we want but we have to be compatible with MS Office. Funny topic
