I think Howard Dean will win the democratic nomination and then beat Dubya. unless he says something "really"stupid before than thats just my opinion.

We need multiple choice: Dean or Clark AND "Anybody is better than Dumbya."
If after 6 months no WMD are found, people who supported the war should say ["You're right, we were wrong -- good job"] -- and move to impeach Mr. Bush."

It's not really wise to ask this when we don't even know everyone running yet.

Dean and Clark stand the best chance of beating Dubya. All three of these (Dean, Clark, and Dubya) are severely flawed in their own ways, but I'd take Clark over the other two.

W will win easily....at least 40 states, maybe more.

The same people that hate Bush so venomously are no different than those who hated Clinton.. and Clinton easily won re-election.

No Carol Mosely Braun, either. The author of the poll must have something against women running for President, eh?

Probably because you don't like Bush.

Just a guess.

What the hell? I tried to vote for Sharpton, but it tells me I've already voted in this poll, which I haven't.

Oh well- put me down as one vote for Sharpton- I'm holding out hope for 3 years of pure comedy relief.

Well, then maybe the rest of us should bitch about the author not including anyone from the Green or Libertarian or Constitution Parties...

Well, Kucinich has gotten a lot more press than any of them. And as far as the Greens are concerned, many of them are actually backing Kucinich. Winona LaDuke, two-time vice presidential candidate for the Green Party, is fully backing the Kucinich campaign.

But, anyway, if you want to complain about there being no Libertarian candidates, be my guest. I just feel that out of all the candidates not mentioned, Carol Mosely Braun and Dennis Kucinich are the most popular and have the most support.

Someone sounds very, very afraid that the next president will be a donkey, not an elephant.

All your talk indicates you have a deep seated fear of seeing Bush lose.

Bad news, those fears will be realized.

All depends on who shows up to vote. There are quite a few big issues where the country is really 50-50, so it just depends on who shows up.

Or maybe I should say, on which votes get counted and which votes don't get counted.

And that's the good side.

I think we're painting ourselves into a horrible corner with the current leadership who's primary answer to everything is war, and more war. There's not one iota of diplomacy amidst the Bush regime.

I'm for Clark - the other candidates don't stand a chance in the move from a wartime to peacetime America. At least someone like Clark has a chance of winning some of the neocons and other righties to a more level headed position.

I dont know enough about American politics to choose who would be better for the country.
But I would hesitate in saying: "Anyone is better then Dubya" you never know, it could be worse.
Many Americans seem desperate to change

You mean like the diplomacy with which we were attacked on 9/11? Remember, we didn't start this war.
