Exhibit #65

Why is the press painting this sicko as a "victim"?

He expresses a seething hatred that is not being released.

This website is the real deal and is the actual evidence used.

I got it from my attorney brother in law.

I don't believe I've heard anyone in the press claim he was a victim.

I have, however, heard the press report that Malvo's defense lawyer is trying to claim he was a victim.

They have also published these drawings (what I assume you're referring to). I saw them in the Washington Post.

A few outlets actually are claiming that he was a victim, but not too many.
You are in Soviet Russia. It is dark. Grue is likely to be eaten by YOU!

Who cares? His case will be decided by the jury.

Actually, that raises a question. Does anyone know if the jury has been sequestered? If documents keep getting released and they haven't, you could get a mistrial.

Can you direct us to a news source that is painting Malvo as a victim or has failed to "release" the evidence?

I've read that the jury isn't sequestered. I don't think it matters in this instance because the drawings have already been admitted, so the jury will see them. In fact, I think the defense introduced some or all of them in support of the insanity argument.
