Apparently china sold the dead bodies of executed prisoners to Von Hagens Plastination Ltd. company which has 647 "full bodies" in stock in chinese Dalian for sale to exhibitions or universities. Some of them with gun shot wounds in their head.
Partial article (in German) including image of human skin taxidermy in China.
Is this in accordance with human rights?

Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.

That's not what German law says.

Well that's stupid. What good are rights to a dead man?
The only issue I can see here is if the people were killed for the express purpose of selling their bodies. But I don't think that was the case here.

But they had rights when they were alive. Knowing what the Chinese government is like, most of these dead prisoners were probably innocent or didn't deserve the death penalty.

So American law is fine with necrophiliacs and cannibals, as long as they died of natural causes?
