KERRY CALLED SECRET SERVICE AGENT 'SON OF A B*TCH' AFTER SLOPE SPILL

Dem presidential candidate John Kerry called his secret service agent a "son of a bitch" after the agent inadvertently moved into his path during a ski mishap in Idaho, sending Kerry falling into the snow.

When asked a moment later about the incident by a reporter on the ski run, Kerry said sharply, "I don't fall down," the "son of a b*itch knocked me over."

Did Kerry really say this? Does he really view the people trying to protect him with such high society disdain that they would dare get in his way while skiing while they are just doing their job?

The agent didn't move into Kerry's path- Kerry just doesn't know how to ski.

According to the NSAA's responsibility code:

http://www.nsc.org/mem/youth/ski/nsaa4.htm

1. Always stay in control.

2. People ahead of you have the right of way.

3. Stop in a safe place for you and others.

4. Whenever starting downhill or merging, look uphill and yield.

5. Use devices to help prevent runaway equipment.

6. Observe signs and warnings, and keep off closed trails.

7. Know how to use the lifts safely.

KNOW THE CODE. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
This is a partial list. Be safety conscious.
Officially endorsed by: NATIONAL SKI AREAS ASSOCIATION.

Calling someone a SOB sounds like losing control.

The agent was ahead of Kerry. The agent had right-of-way, and it was Kerry's duty to yield.

I love this part of the show when they show in s l o w - m o t i o n any offense a normal human being would do and could not draw more than a second of attention. Amazing how any public personality will be scrutinized with a looking glass and be vilipended for its twists and quirks.

No wonder politicians have to lie all the time; what else is a boy to do???

They cannot be human! "Be perfect, or else...!"

Whether it is Bush, Kerry, or John Paul II or thy neighbour, I really wonder how important this is...

This just adds to the general snobby "scumball" feeling one gets when one gets to know Kerry.

I can't imagine Howard Dean or anyone who has to work for a living behaving that way against someone who was just doing his or her job.

"I don't fall down"...meanwhile, reporters counted 6 Kerry spills during one trip down the bunny slope.

Where are the photos of the spills? If it were Bush, all we'd see would be photos of him on the ground.

Sad..really sad. Kerry has shown he is a poor sportsman, as well as being disrespectful for those guarding his life and who would die for him.

What a disgusting shame.

If you think this is "*****ing kidding" then I guess Kerry's character does not matter to you.

It is really sad to watch anyone try to defend Kerry abuse someone who is sworn to defend the person with his life by calling him a "Son of a B*tch".

Tell me you are kidding. Tell me you are ****ing kidding.
NO really, you must be ****ing kidding.

The guy falls on the BUNNY hill 6 times.
He collides do to his own idiocy and ineptitude with a Secret Service agent who is there to protect him.

Kerry: "You SOB"
Kerry: "I neve fall."

He demeans a Secret Service agent...
He LIES about falling being not his fault.
He says, He never falls, which is a childish lie and obvious...

Yes, this goes to his character and emotional stability, which after this and other public showings of stupidity, lying, and crude language, he is looking worse than DEAN.

You've lost credibility with your statements SH. Big time, as have others in this thread.

It sounds like he was pissed off about having just been knocked over.
I would have been, too.

Doesn't mean he should've said it, but it came out in the heat of the moment.
It's a non-issue.

What is the word most loved by the left?

A P O L O G I S T

He has many 'heated' moments.
You aren't running for President of the United States, and I think if you were, you would have held your words.

Deny it, and you are calling yourself irresponsible.
Accept it, and you at least save some monicum of reason.

Your choice.

Actually, like the binocular "incident", it would not be difficult to document.

After all, he is the prez, therefore one of the most looked after personalities.

Probabilities ARE that whenever he'll make a boo-boo, people will spill it out everywhere.

But you want a man who can stand on his legs with some balance... So let's bring ski photos of M. Bush!

Didn't Dubya call a journalist an SOB during the 2000 election?

Seriously, who the hell cares? It's curious how you are all willing to jump on Kerry like a bunch of jackals for any little old thing, but are not willing to even entertain the thought that the Bush administration has lied about anything.

Anything that isn't contrived as that stupid Gore kiss is fine with me.

Reminds me of a couple years ago when while campaigning for president in some inner city place, a French politician smacked this kid in the face in public. Caught the little troublemaker with his hand in his pocket.

His popularity soared as a result.

You don't get out much, do you?

I mean, amongst people?

Ever been fishing? Or - God forbid - driving?

You've never cussed at anyone ever so slightly unfairly? Ever?

Talk about credibility...welcome to life.

What an utterly moronic thread. I can't believe I'm actually called to defend my point.

This is absurd.

John Kerry appears to be a very angry man. He probably feels remorse but his behavior is unpredictable. I think that his unpredictablity is reflected in his record. It is reflective of a man who is passionate but without conviction. His record is reflective of a man seeking approval anyway he can get it. This is born of feeling unworthy and self loathing. A tortured dilettante born of privilege with no moral compass. A classic New England liberal born of privilege, accountable to no one. Kerry has not the slightest idea about himself and more importantly, not a clue about articulating his vision of our future.

You deduce all this from a single instance of his having called someone a son of a bitch? The possibly single most-commonplace household insult since at least the 1950s (along with "idiot")?

Wow.

I assume you're a studied psychologist who's had at least several analysis sessions with Senator Kerry?

I don't think I've ever called anybody who works for me an SOB.

Can't imagine that I ever would.

Which is why I think Kerry lacks the necessary character to be president of the USA.

Heck, he isn't even good enough to be my employee.

If calling one person an SOB demonstrates a lack of necessary character to be the POTUS, then we'd have to say the same about calling one person an a$$hole, no?

I thought Bush called the Segway a Son of Bitch when he fell off of it, too. And I can't repeat what he said about that pretzel assassin.

Seroiusly folks, if this is the sort of issue that will make you choose to support a politician or not, that's pretty weak. Besides, didn't the Drudge Report also publish the rumor about Kerry and an extramarital affair that was later discovered false? Hell. With all this free publicity, it looks like Mike Drudge wants Kerry to win.
