Glad to see the farming community is doing fine in Afghanistan now that their terrorism industry has been torpedoed. Always good to see the phoenix rise from the ashes.

Jeez, I guess all those stories about wave after wave of Iranians running unarmed onto the battlefields during the Iran-Iraq war so the iraqis would run out of bullets were true.

It's certainly different from the times when countries would have wars to control opium supplies.

I remember reading an article in the Times about one of many skirmishes during the Iran/Iraq war where everyone ran out of bullets and began to throw rocks at eachother.
