Gotta love the passion behind this organizational masterpiece...Huge Limbaugh Protest
RUSH: I just found out, ladies and gentlemen, I did not know this, either, but this program was protested. I personally was protested on Friday outside the EIB building in Manhattan. We have pictures. The broadcast engineer, Mike Maimone went down to greet these people. They were college students. I guess there was some forewarning that about 40 protesters were going to show up.

There were never more than 12 there at one time, and they had to put up some barriers out there, in front of the building. One of the guys in the group had a badge on or had a tag that said "press" and had a camcorder. And the broadcast engineer, Mike Maimone, went down there and he asked these guys within the protest line, "Do you know that Rush is not here today? He's on vacation." And the leader of the group said, "You have any proof of that?" Mike said, "Would you bozos turn on the radio, maybe?" It's as though everything we do here is in secret and you need a password in order to listen to this program.

So it turns out that Maimone sent me his two pictures and I'm told there were some others. We'll post them on the website this afternoon when we get it updated to reflect the contents of today's program. I just saw a couple of them. It seems that they were college students. They were college students upset with me. What was it they said? [talking to broadcast engineer] They said they were upset with me for insulting college fraternities. Yes, I had insulted college fraternities with my out of context taken remark regarding the Abu Ghraib prison photos, and they wanted to be let up to the studio complex and met me and demand an apology from me for insulting college fraternities. [Laughing.] These idiots show up when I'm not there, and they're college kids, no doubt educated previously in the public school system.

All the fun happens when I'm gone. It's always the case. I'm gone and these things happen. Oh, well, maybe we can we re-live it. Maybe I'll tell them when I'm here. I'm not in New York, but I'll tell them the next time I'm going back to New York. I'll say, "Hey, you protesters want to show back up? I'm going to be in New York on such and such a date and come back," maybe play it that way.

Damn right I provided a link. It's not an advertisement, however - just a funny story. Besides, the last thing Limbaugh needs is forum-based advertising.
