No surprise I guess. I'm relieved it isn't Gephardt though. He's duller than dirt. I would still question Edwards qualifications for President, he's a one-term Senator(almost) but he's a good communicator and I agree with most of his positions (except his no free trade stance). Should be an interesting race.

I can imagine the first debate now...

Edwards I think the Vice President needs to explain why this Administration took the country to war on false pretenses, why his former company has been awarded so many no-bid contracts for rebuilding Iraq, why he continues to insist on a connection between 9/11 and Iraq when there's no proof.

I'm thinking Edwards will be consulting with Sen. Leahy soon for the best way to push Cheney's buttons.

Kerry-Edwards is about the only ticket that could make a Ted Kennedy/Hillary Clinton ticket look conservative.
