For those of you outside the US - please pray (or whatever) for us that we can overcome the tragedy of the last four years. There is hope.

What a beautiful sight.

Is George Bush Jr. the most protested president since Johnson?

Dude, your melodramatic take on this is nearly as bad as the vitriolic boot-stomping of the right-wingers who are incensed by these protests.

We don't need to be prayed for, we need people here in this country giving a damn about this country. Too many people don't care, one way or another, so they are getting what they deserve with the mess that is the Bush administration.

Part of me almost hopes Bush wins a second term so he *can* completely f--k over this country. Maybe after we've been bankrupted as a nation--financially, morally, and spiritually--people will get their heads out of their asses.
One should never stop striving for clarity of thought and precision of expression.
I would prefer my humanity sullied with the tarnish of science rather than the gloss of religion.

Wow, MindFad you've actually moved beyond MacPaint to PS Elements. Color me proud.

Now back to your regularly scheduled liberal circle jerk.

Feel however you like, I don't really care.

We don't need to be prayed for, we need people here in this country giving a damn about this country.
As the latter is very unlikely, any help we can get is fine with me.

so they are getting what they deserve with the mess that is the Bush administration.
They may deserve it, but my kids and I don't.

Part of me almost hopes Bush wins a second term so he *can* completely f--k over this country. Maybe after we've been bankrupted as a nation--financially, morally, and spiritually--people will get their heads out of their asses.
To each their own.

In a country where we spend more money towards armed forces than on our education I would encourage much prayer.

Tuition goes up...

School Budgets and finacial aid go down...

sign-up bonuses for the armed forces go up...

Anyone see a disturbing pattern?
