Looks like a bunch of low lifes. Again the question arises: Who really are these people?

I question what they're even protesting. Are they mad because their life sucks? Probably.

The biggest joke is that probably none of them are even registered to vote.

I say ship em' out to a deserted island, give them some spears and let know what true anarchy is.

Wow, I just watched that. What a bunch of hypocrites. Was this in New York? Let me see, there’s a protest against Bush and then there is a protest against those protesting Bush. Do I have that right? I don’t see how anyone can defend the actions of the anarchists or whoever/whatever they are. Protesting is one thing, tearing up someone else’s sign is something else. Very sad.

The camera operators are pro Bush people, the others are of course anti-Bush. The irony is that they are anti-violence (or at least claim to be) specifically in Iraq. However they seem to think violence is acceptable when it's against people they disagree with.

I love it, since it's true of quite a few "peacful" type protesters. They claim to be for peace and non violence, but have no problem attacking phsycially those they disagree with.

I don't see any anarchists OR punks in that clip. It made me laugh though.

Scum of the earth in action. Those dirty lowlifes should be sterilized or something, so they won't be able to infect the gene pool with their tainted seed.

Please be respectful. Don't use the terms "anarchist" and "punk" in a derogatory sense to refer to the people in this video who share none of the virtues of members of these two groups.

Anarchist and punk are derogatory words.

"Anarchist" and "punk" are terms many people use to describe themselves in a nonderogatory fashion. A derogatory term is one which is meant primarily to belittle or insult. "f***head" is such a word. It is used primarly to deride and has little practicle descriptive value, unlike the other terms you mentioned. You don't find many people listening to f****head rock, reading f***head literature, contemplating f***head theory or studying f***head historical figures, do you? By your conception of "derogatory", Republican is a derogatory term.

Example:

That little republican dog bit my hand. <Kicks dog> Serves you right you right-wing mutt.

You see. Using terms in that manner just doesn't make sense. The people in the video certainly didn't look like pnks. Maybe some were, but the video gives no indication that this was so. And I suspect that most of the antibush protesters were Democrats or Greens and not anarchists. In my experience, anarchists generally avoid political functions.

Actually the term "punk boy" is used in the prisons as someone that does errands for the more important cell mates.

Call someone that has ever been in prison in the US a "Punk Boy" and they will probably know exactly what you mean.

The word "punk" has many meanings.

Ah the irony kills me. They scream "Facist" yet don't seem the be able to handle someone excercising their right to free speach peacefully and within the confines of the law.

Exactly! And it's typical of their ilk. They just know how to scream words and act the bully.

I am not the one that CALLED them anarchists (look at the title of the video) I am sure it was said 'tongue in cheek"

But I was the one that called them punk boys. Because that is what they are acting like.

Punk Boys for the left.
