According to some reports, former President Bill Clinton was checked into the hospital with chest pains and may be undergoing emergency bypass surgery.

Hope everything turns out for the best for him. He has always been slightly overweight, but seemed pretty healthy overall.

He was supposed to go on vacation with Senator Clinton. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Hope he's all right. Good luck to him! Not surprising, since he probably watched the chimp's speech last night.

This is serious but as soon as I read about it the first thing that came to mind was the SNL skit that featured Clinton on campaign, stopping in a local McDonalds where he pigged down on everyone's BigMacs.

I thought he was in better health than this. Bummer. Hope it all turns out okay.

I'm not going to call an ambulance this time because then you won't learn anything.

The only President who didn't disclose his medical records...and you thought he was in good health?

There he goes, hogging the limelight again, one day after the RNC. Typical Clinton.

^^^ That's humor. Quadruple bypass is serious business for someone his age. Hope it's a routine one.

Geez guys, let's keep politics out of this for a bit. The man's health is way more important than our squabbles.

Quadruple bypass is some serious sh*t. And at only 58 years old! I hope he's ok. I've always said I want to play a round of golf with him, I'm sure he's got some seriously interesting stories.

For his sake I hope everything turns out ok and he has some nice candy stripers to take care of him.

You know he plays....er, um, quite liberally with the rules? For lack of a better term.

Actually it would be fun to be in foursome with him. There's been some great articles about golfing with him in Sports Illustrated. Rick Reilly wrote a great one a couple years back.

Careful about saying foursome and talking about Clinton. We're talking golf, right?

I'm sure Clinton takes a Mulligan here and there. Golf to me isn't about the golf, it's about the enjoyment of the time on the course.

Must have been that greasy Iceandic hot dog he had in Reykjavík

Best wishes to him and hope he regains his health again.
I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.
