Well, in a small way you could look at George's and his daddy's wealth and standing in life as a result of the Nazi war machine, at least in a small way. But only for the sake of bickering on internet political fora.

And have these people ever met a dictator they didn't like?

So, does that mean that the Heinz-Kerry fortune came from apartheid S. Africa? It's about as much of a reach as the comments regarding Bush.
