While I'm not a big fan of O'Reilly's I hope this is not true. If she has tapes of this and produces it then I believe O'Reilly's career is done. If not then it sounds like she is just out to get money.
I reserving my judgement on this until more facts come out and if the accuser produces these tapes. It will be interesting to see how this goes in the days/months/year(s) to come.

Like you, I'm inclined to see how this all falls out before judgment. Not that I care either way.
I don't think it will affect O'Reilly in the least. Jimmy Swaggert is still preaching and has a following after 2 sexual scandals. More and more I see that people have no problem rejecting facts and reality in favor of holding on to their views or maintaining their how they'd like to see world. This election cycle is a prime example. I feel old age cynicism creeping in...

Inevitably they will settle out of court for undisclosed $.
And while I'd be the last to defend Spin Zone Bill, why didn't she hang up the phone if he was carrying on like that? It clearly states in the 72nd article of the constitution:
Article 72: You may hang up if someone is popping an inappropriate chubby on the other end of the line.
I'm just so confused.

I heard a rumor she was a mole planted by 'ForeignAgentsForKerry.com'
I watched her on the news. She looked real traumatized. I guess she worked as a producer for 'fox news' for four years left and came back. I'd like to hear the story behind that.

I'm still waiting for her to produce the Audio tapes. Also why was she still on the phone with him if she was offended by what he was doing? Why did she even go back to work for him if she KNEW how he was? didn't her boss at CNN also get fired for Sexual Harrassment?

yes but why bring up any allegations at all if you don't have enough evidence to even make an allegation? Is she's got something let's see it. More would come out once the initial set got released. besides all she would need to do is produce audio tapes of the recorded converations and O'Reilly would be finished. That is pretty much all the evidence she would need.
but like I said I'm waiting to see what comes out before making any judgements on it.

1. You suffer harassment, but are unable to record it.
2. You appproach lawyer who says unfortunately, we need more proof than your word.
3. You suffer more harassment, this time with recorder running.
The justice dept. does this all the time-- consider the phone tap on Scott whatisname who murdered his wife in Berkeley, and his GF who taped their phone calls after going to the DA.

But I believe according the the filing she has tapes of this. O'reilly apparently left messages on her answering machine. I also don't think she is working for him anymore. so it would be hard to get more tapes unless he was still calling her.

I was more referring to the original scenario of why she would put up with more of this type of harassment, rather than hang up the phone. Perhaps I shouldn't have quoted your post.
